About the Author

(Abhishek Verma is a Ph.D. scholar at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). He is currently a student of Diplomacy and Disarmament (DAD) division of the Centre for International Politics, Organisation and Disarmament (CIPOD), SIS, JNU.
